The course is a 4-part series that will introduce learners to the fundamentals of surveying and equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their job more efficiently to reduce errors and the likelihood of adverse action against a title.  Part 1 introduces learners to the 2021 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.  Part 2 builds upon the foundational teachings of Part 1 and introduces learners to Table A, which covers the optional survey responsibilities and specifications.  Part 3 addresses advanced survey matters and teaches students the issues of properly formatting a legal description.  *New in 2026: Part 4 reviews the changes made in the 2026 standards, effective February 23, 2026.*

•  Learn about the history the development of the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
